Cathy Francois, MBA, is the director of career services and assistant adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Cathy is an EdTech enthusiast with over 14 years of experience in higher education, serving diverse adult learners. As a first-generation college graduate and professional, she is passionate about driving programs that provide inclusive career development opportunities and social access.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University Global.

Dawn Hiles is a seasoned EdTech executive with a history of driving growth and innovation. She currently serves as CEO of PeopleGrove and was previously CRO at Ruffalo Noel Levitz.
